For Mental Health Awareness Month....please read

The most powerful tool you possess right now is right between your ears.

You would not sell your brain for any amount of money ever, yet how much time do you spend caring for it?

We all know the importance and how to take care of ourselves physically. There is a gym on almost every corner, which is amazing, but what about mental training?

1 in 5 people are estimated to have a mental health crisis in their lifetime, and I wonder if this number would decrease if we worked on our minds regularly like we do our bodies.

How often do you examine what is in your mind?

Do you think about your own thinking?

How often do you let yourself attach and think awful things about yourself?

Do you call yourself bad names?

Do you indulge in self-doubt, judgement, fear, and self-criticism?

Do you look to your past to see what is possible for your future?

Do you have a coach?

Do you feed your brain fuel to help it run?

Or do you put it off, make excuses, and look at mental training as a luxury item?
