Increase Your Power in 3 Easy Steps!
Decision making is one of the most powerful things we can do as humans.
In just one day we make thousands of them – many of which are unconscious; decisions we don’t even realize we’re making.
Creating time for the magic
Time is the most valuable asset we possess. It is something we can never get back. Last week, we explored ways that we can cost ourselves time. As a reminder, some of those time wasters include: overwhelm, worry, people pleasing, regret, confusion, escape/buffering activities, indecision, self-criticism & judging others to name a few.
How to handle other people’s opinions
When you make a decision to do something new - change careers, launch a new business, or start a new way of eating or working out - you will most likely encounter someone with an opinion.
Ending Confusion
Confusion is an unconscious state that many of us enter in when we confront a situation that seems too overwhelming, or scary, or both. Instead of dealing with the situation, we let ourselves indulge in being confused about it.
Decisions ahead of time
Each and every day, we have to make thousands of decisions from what clothes to wear, to what plans we make with friends and family, what we will eat, how many times, and when. This can result to an overload of decisions, which can perpetuate poor decision making when it comes to food and consistency with exercise.
