Inspired action
For years as a therapist and now as a coach I frequently ask my clients the quintessential “How does that feel?” question.

Inspiration from (The Dawn Wall & Free Solo)
When setting an impossible goal, whether that’s to make 1 million dollars in your business, to lose 50 pounds, or climb El Capitan, you must be willing to fail your way there. You are not going to fail in the taking of the action, but you might fail in the result you want to create.

Why can’t I do that?
It’s natural to compare ourselves to others. But how healthy are your comparisons? A good way to tell is the feeling you experience during and after the time you spend comparing yourself to someone else-be it on your Facebook feed, at yoga class, at the grocery, or at work.
