These ‘what ifs’ can be both exhilarating and terrifying, especially for busy professional women like you.

When faced with uncertainty, our minds often conjure up worst-case scenarios, leading to stress and anxiety that can keep us up at night, especially before a big presentation or project at work.

But what if I told you there’s a way to reframe those worries and find peace amidst the uncertainty?

In my coaching practice, I invite my clients to acknowledge those worrying thoughts but not dwell on them.
