Give the Gift of Emotional Health this Holiday Season!

Are you emotionally healthy?

This is a question I've been passionate about helping people explore and achieve their desired answer to for over two decades. Yet it has always boggled my mind that this isn't the first question our doctor asks us after our physical health has been evaluated. Why don't we prioritize regular checkups for our mental and emotional health?

Our current standard for mental health is incredibly poor. Our emotions are often the reason we do or don't do anything, yet most of us have little to no emotional education. We don't understand where our emotions come from or how to manage them, and we typically wait until a crisis has occurred before we reach out for help, rarely investing any time or effort into prevention.

My goal is to continue to set new standards for mental health - both for myself and for my clients. By utilizing all the incredible insights from coaches, philosophers, counselors, and psychologists, we can grasp a better understanding of our emotional landscape and unlock the tools that will allow us to reach our highest potentials.

When you are educated on where your emotions come from and how to allow them - especially the negative ones that when left unchecked prevent you from excelling in your life - you are less likely to turn to coping mechanisms with negative effects that can compound your struggles. Things like excessive alcohol, overeating, compulsive shopping, and unhealthy relationships that do not serve you.

And trust me - when you have the proper education, tools, and support in your mental health "medicine cabinet" - life just gets better.

What if this holiday season, as your shopping for your dearest loved ones (or yourself!), you skipped the purses, gift cards, or typical chachkies of the season and invested in your emotional health instead? This is truly the gift that keeps on giving, and one that your future self will most definitely thank you for.
